Touchwood also provides a water catchment System. The role of rainwater catchment systems in sustainable water management is they will store the water from rain to provide an alternative water supply. The rainwater catchment is defined as the collection and storage of rainwater before it is dispersed as surface run-off. Typically, this system collects the water running off a roof surface and passes it into a storage vessel. It’s a process that is by its nature inherently efficient; simply put, rainwater is a water supply that is used where it is collected. The water quality is typically high so it can be used for a wide variety of non-potable (non-drinking) purposes including WC flushing, laundry and garden irrigation 

 
The other eco-friendly system that we use is solar panel roofing. Solar energy has an extremely low carbon footprint and doesn’t produce greenhouse gas emissions. Instead, it relies on a natural process to create electricity without emitting pollutants like carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Solar energy is quickly becoming one of the most popular sources of renewable energy around the world, with Areas like the Caribbean, Asia and the United States in solar energy production. With more people realizing the potential of solar energy and its ability to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, it is likely that this trend will only continue into the future.

Touchwood in collaboration with high-end brands in the process of developing minimalist prefab homes located in the Caribbean. This 550m2 beachfront prefab house with a 25m length for the pool is designed by Touchwood’s in-house team of architects.
These minimalist prefab homes offer light-filled living spaces that are comfortable and inviting. 
The expansive glazing for the front main door and windows filled with natural light create cozy rooms that flow into one another.
